The facility works collaboratively with St Joseph’s Hospital and is part of the aged care services provided by St Vincent’s Health Australia.
St Joseph’s Village provides high quality care and accommodation, protecting the health and well-being of residents, ensuring access and affordability, and allowing flexibility and responsiveness of services to individual needs.
"Outreach" Community Aged Care Packages provide assistance to 35 Care Recipients, from a range of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, living in the Auburn LGA (Auburn, Lidcombe, Berala, Regents Park, Silverwater). Assistance includes personal care, social support, help with mobility, supervision of medication, shopping and banking, transport to appointments and social venues, light housework, meal preparation, gardening and respite for carers.
